The WYD Cross and Icon were welcomed to Monash University on 6 May, 2008. They were welcomed by students, staff, visitors, the vice chancellor, Prof. Richard Larkins, and with the celebration of the Eucharist by Bishop Bernard O’Grady, OP, Emeritus Bishop of Gizo, Solomon Islands, concelebrated with our chaplain, Fr. Peter Hoang.
